Return Policy

We try our best to make your buying experience unique and ensure your complete satisfaction with it. To prevent any inconvenience, we strongly recommend reading the full product description and reaching out to us at care@fasilah.co.uk with any questions before making a purchase. Our team is ready to assist you and address your queries.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Simply return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

Made-to-measure items
Because made-to-measure pieces are created specifically for your measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns on made-to-measure items.

We will provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid return label, once you contact us within the 14-day return window.

The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. If you availed of our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will also be deducted. For international orders, any custom duties incurred for the return will also be the customer's responsibility.

We aim to process returns within 10 days upon receiving them at our warehouse.
