We do our best to ship every order as soon as possible. For Guaranteed Next Day delivery, simply place your order by 12 pm and we’ll ensure it ships the same day (only for UK customers).

CUSTOMS

Due to the UK government regulations, there may be duty & VAT charges in your country, both in the EU and overseas. Fasilah is not responsible for this, however, we will try our utmost best to assist you.

 

RETURNS

We try our best to make your buying experience unique and ensure your complete satisfaction with it. To prevent any inconvenience, we strongly recommend reading the full product description and reaching out to us at care@fasilah.co.uk with any questions before making a purchase. Our team is ready to assist you and address your queries.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Simply return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

You can initiate a return by logging into your account, selecting the item(s) you want to return from the relevant order, provide details and submit your request.  If you have any technical difficulty or you'd prefer to contact us about your return, you can do so within the 14-day return and we will assist you with your return.

The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. If you availed of our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will also be deducted.

We aim to process returns within 10 days upon receiving them at our warehouse.

How quickly will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually the next working day but it might take longer at times. For Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK only), place your order by 12 pm and we’ll ship it the same day.

Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be charged duty and VAT. These are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll do our best to assist with any customs queries.
