Made to Measure

All made-to-measure orders are handcrafted at our atelier in Pakistan and ship directly to you.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for your piece to be made before shipping begins.

CUSTOMS

Due to the UK government regulations, there may be duty & VAT charges in your country, both in the EU and overseas.

Despite not being responsible for duties, we usually cover this cost.

If you have any questions or need any help, we will try our utmost best to assist you.

 

RETURNS

Standard items
We try our best to make your buying experience unique and ensure your complete satisfaction with it. To prevent any inconvenience, we strongly recommend reading the full product description and reaching out to us at care@fasilah.co.uk with any questions before making a purchase. Our team is ready to assist you and address your queries.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Simply return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

Made-to-measure items
Because made-to-measure pieces are created specifically for your measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns on made-to-measure items.

Procedure
You can initiate a return by logging contacting us at care@fasilah.co.uk.
You'll receive instructions and a pre-paid shipping label for you return.

The cost of return or exchange will be deducted from your refund. If you availed of our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will also be deducted.

How do I choose my shipping method?

At checkout, you’ll see all available shipping options for your region. Simply select your preferred method before completing your purchase.
How quickly will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually the next working day but it might take longer at times. For Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK only), place your order by 12 pm and we’ll ship it the same day.
What are your UK shipping rates?
  • Standard (2–4 days): £3.90 (Free on orders above £50)
  • Tracked 24h (1 day): £6.90 (Free on orders above £100)
  • Guaranteed Next Day: £12.15 (Free on orders above £150)
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be charged duty and VAT. These are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll do our best to assist with any customs queries.

Can I return my order if it’s not right for me?

Absolutely. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item(s) unworn and with all original labels within 14 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?

We aim to process all returns within 10 days of receiving them at our warehouse.
