From Vision to Details
We help you finalise your design by choosing colours, textures, fits and how they come together as a collection At this stage, we finalise measurements, pockets, buttons, finishing and write it all down in a tech pack (a very detailed description of your designs).

STEP 3
Design Development: Creating Protoypes
Our Designer and Master Tailor will start by creating a first prototype of your designs on rough fabric. The prototypes will go through a feedback loop, in which we make changes (2-3 revisions) until you're satisfied with your design. You'll receive videos and pictures every step of the way so you can see your vision coming to life.

Ethical production
Once the samples have been approved and the final feedback applied, we’ll move to bulk production and keep you informed as it proceeds until dispatch.

Who is the Brand Accelerator for?
Our Brand Accelerator is designed for aspiring and established founders, designers, and creatives seeking ethical production, guidance, or technical support to launch or scale a modest fashion label.
Do I need to have design experience?
No prior design experience is required. We guide you through every step, from concept to creation—whether you’re refining a vision or starting from scratch.
What’s included in the Brand Accelerator?
You can choose from a modular suite of services: design development, collection building, ethical manufacturing, business quickstart, and mentorship. Select only what you need, or combine for a comprehensive journey.
Can I order a sample?
Sampling is included in both our Design Development and Collection Builder services.
- Design Development is ideal for 1–4 individual designs and best suited for those who already have a clear idea or a tech pack ready.
- Collection Builder is a comprehensive service for developing a full, cohesive collection of up to 10 designs—taking you from initial idea all the way to finished samples.
You’ll receive professional prototypes to review fit, fabric, and craftsmanship before moving to production.

What are the minimum order requirements?
For production, our minimums are 30 units/per design per colour including up to 5 sizes. Custom arrangements are possible—just ask.
How long does the process take?
Lead times vary by service and quantity.
For fdesign development, the lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks.
For bulk production, it's 6–12 weeks.
