How does the made to measure process work?
Choose your design and place your order. You’ll then receive a form to send your measurements. Add any notes and preferences there, or message us if you’d like guidance on any detail.
Can I book a consultation?
Yes. If you have any doubts or specific requirements, contact us and we’ll be happy to book a free consultation for you.
How does payment work?
Payment is required upfront to begin your order.
How will I be kept updated?
You’ll get updates straight to your inbox as your piece moves through each stage, from the moment we begin. If you’d like to ask something in between, message us.
Which fabrics can I choose?
You can choose cotton or linen when you place your order. If you have a preference for the flow or the feel of the fabric, tell us in your order notes or contact us.
How long does it take?
Typically 4 to 5 weeks in the UK and 5 to 6 weeks in the US. Our made to measure pieces travel from our atelier to our UK studio at the end of every month, where they get a second quality check before they ship to you. So your timeline varies a little depending on when in the month you order.
Can I request changes?
Small adjustments are possible before production is complete. Major changes may affect cost or timing, so please share everything you need as early as you can.
What if it doesn’t fit?
We work from your measurements and guide you through taking them accurately, so the fit is right.
What is the return policy?
Because each piece is made for you, returns are accepted for faults or errors only. Any concerns can be discussed in a free consultation before you order.
