Who will I be speaking to?
You’ll be speaking directly with Maura, our founder.
She’s involved in the design of every Fasilah piece, from choosing fabrics and developing cuts to working with our atelier. So you’re getting guidance from someone who knows our collections inside out.
What can I ask about?
Anything you’d normally want to know if you were shopping in person.
We can talk through fit, sizing, length, fabric, weight, texture, colour, opacity, movement and how a particular piece is made. You can also compare different pieces and ask which we think would suit you best.
Can I see the fabrics up close?
Of course.
When booking your call, you can add details on which pieces you’d like to see and what kind of advice you’re looking for. We’ll have them ready so we can look at them together.
Can you help me choose my size?
Absolutely.
We’ll talk through your measurements and how you prefer your clothes to fit, then look at the measurements and construction of the pieces you’re considering.
Do I have to buy anything?
Not at all.
The Boutique is here to give you the guidance you need to make a considered decision. There’s no pressure and no obligation to place an order during the appointment.
Can I place my order during the appointment?
Yes, if you’re ready.
We’ll guide you through the options and can place your order during the appointment.
If you’d rather take some time to think about it, that’s completely fine too.
How long is the appointment?
The Boutique is a 20-minute private appointment.
We keep it focused so we can make the most of our time together, but the aim isn’t to rush you through a sale. It’s to answer the questions you need answered.
How does the appointment take place?
The Boutique is a private video call on Zoom.
When you book, you’ll fill out a short form telling us what you’re looking for and what you’d like help with. We’ll review this before your appointment so we can come prepared with the pieces and information you’ll need.
You can join from your phone, tablet or computer. Just make sure you have Zoom installed and that you’re logged in beforehand.
