  • Start by selecting your preferred style and filling out our order form with your vision and measurements. Once payment is complete, you’ll enjoy a free consultation to refine your ideas. Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and videos as your abaya is crafted by our expert team.

  • Yes, your one-to-one consultation is complimentary and can be arranged via phone, WhatsApp, or Google Meet.

  • Payment is required upfront after submitting your order form, before your consultation and the start of production.

  • We’ll keep you involved at every stage, sharing updates, photos, and videos so you can follow your abaya’s journey from start to finish.

  • When placing the order you will be asked to choose the type of fabric (cotton or linen) and embellishment. During your consultation, we’ll go into detail and you’ll be able to choose from the available options to ensure your abaya matches your vision.

  • Usually 4 to 6 weeks. The timeline varies depending on design complexity and fabric selection, but we’ll provide an estimated delivery date during your consultation.

  • Small adjustments can often be accommodated during the consultation stage. Major changes may affect the timeline and cost—please discuss your needs with us as early as possible.

  • We use your provided measurements to ensure a tailored fit. We’ll also help you understand and adjust your measurements during the consultation.

  • Due to the personalized nature of bespoke abayas, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a fault or error on our part. Please review your choices carefully and discuss any concerns during your consultation.
